Granite Ridge Reaches 50% Mark on Sales





With the grand opening of Granite Ridge homes in late January, the sales team has just announced that they have reached the 50% sold out mark of this beautiful new hillside community.


With a total of 192 homes to be built in this gated community, they have now sold 84 homes. They are basically selling 10 homes a week!
